Residentials

Each year the members & Leaders of Soham Brigade spend the first weekend of the school summer holidays at camp.  Camp is open to all Juniors and company section members, and includes a full programme of activities including trips out e.g. A full day at Bournemouth beach, Canoeing, rock climbing & abseiling, etc.  We hold  a camp concert, and formal meal, a BBQ, and of course enjoy lots of games and sports.


• Vauxhall Christian Trust Residential 2022
Residential 2022 will take place at Vauxhall Christian Trust, Suffolk; between Saturday 30th July and Thursday 4th August.

• Foxlease Residential 2021 
Residential 2021 will take place at Foxlease, a Girl Guide activity centre, outside Lyndhurst in the New Forest; between Saturday 24th July and Thursday 29th July 2021.

• Holly Barn Residential 2020 (Cancelled due to Covid 19)
Residential 2020 is to take place  at Holly Barn, Nr Symonds Yat; the dates are Thursday 23rd July to Tuesday 28th July 2020.  Please make sure you save the dates!!!

• Foxlease Residential 2019 
Residential 2019 will take place at Foxlease, a Girl Guide activity centre, outside Lyndhurst in the New Forest; between Friday 26th and Wednesday 31st July 2019.

 • Residential 2018 No residential is planned for this year.   

• Cobnor Residential 2017
 Residential 2017 we will be going to stay at the Cobnor Activity Centre, near Chichester; between Saturday 22nd and Thursday 27th July 2017.  

 • Guernsey Residential 2016
 Residential 2016 we will be going to stay on the Island of Guernsey; between Saturday 23rd and Saturday 30th July 2016.

 • Vineyhill Residential 2015
 Residential 2015 we will be returning to Vineyhill Christian Adventure Centre, in the Royal Forest of Dean; between Friday 24th and Wednesday 29th July 2015. Put the date in your diary!!!

• Foxlease Residential 2014 
Residential 2014 we will be returning to Foxlease, a Girl Guide activity centre, outside Lyndhurst in the New Forest; between Friday 25th and Wednesday 30th July 2014.

 • Cobnor Camp 2013
Camp 2013 we will be going to the Cobnor Activities Centre, near Chichester, West Sussex, is located within Chichester Harbour; between Saturday 20th and Thursday 25th July 2013.   For more details about the centre click HERE.   

• Viney Hill Camp 2012 
Camp 2012 will be going to the Viney Hill Adventure centre, located between the River Severn and River Wye in the beautiful Royal Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire; between Friday 20th and Wednesday 25th July 2012.

 • Foxlease Camp 2011 
Camp 2011 will be going to the Foxlease, a Girl Guide activity centre, outside Lyndhurst in the New Forest; between Friday 22nd and Wednesday 27th July 2011.

 • Peak Centre Camp 2010 
Camp 2010 will be going to the Peak Centre, an activity centre based in the Edale Valley which is in the centre of the Peak District; between Sunday 8th and Friday 13th August 2010.
